Steve Jobs
Steven Paul Jobs was an American inventor, designer and entrepreneur who was the co-founder, chief executive and chairman of Apple Computer. Despite the controversies around his legacy and what Apple has become, he had a strong sense of morality and believed strongly in creating simple, easy-to-use and minimalistically elegant products which most pioneers in technology, innovation, and product development would acknowledge. He believed passionately that 'beauty in simplicity', which is a guideline that we live by at Imaginary friend. We also believe that good design ideas will always make a difference in people’s daily lives and contribute positively to society as a whole.

Banksy
Banksy is a graffiti artist who may have been born in Bristol, England. He is a true inspiration for us because he uses his art as a form of communication to proclaim his dissatisfaction with certain aspects of society. We aspire to emulate his work, even if slightly, in our own way to hopefully leave a positive mark on society. Our actual collection perhaps represents more our minimalistic spirit, but our up-coming collections will definitely display more our values: through written messages, visual art, street art and more. As the picture to the right which represents one of Banksy's famous mural artworks known as "Follow Your Dreams", our aim is to inspire our community and enable them to explore new perspectives about their personal lives and the world in general.
